Dog training and phone consultations.  Can they go hand in hand?  Why yes, they sure can.  It’s been months now since the world shifted and daily activities have taken on a new look.  This is as true for you as it is for us here at Posh Paws Pet Care.  Our primary mission and core operating values are caring for your pets.  Out of concern that pets may not be able to get the care they need, we’re now offering dog training by phone.  Waiting for social limitations to be lifted before addressing a dog’s behavior may allow it to go from bad to worse.

Phone consultations are a great option for training advice when you, your dog, and our trainer are unable to meet in person.  We can effectively address by phone some of the most popular training issues such as:

New Puppy Training

The trainer, or what we like to call your dog’s life coach, will help you to calmly, confidently, and consistently give your pup guidance and boundaries.  If you are committed to bringing out the best in your dog, we will provide you with the tools to help.  This includes replacing bad behaviors and instilling a desire for them to receive your approval.

What’s Included

Let’s talk about your dog!  There’s lots we’ll want to know so that we can get to know them.  We’ll ask about the basics first; their breed and age.  We’ll also want to know if they are spayed or neutered.

Then we’ll look to understand more about their life up to this point.  Were they adopted from a breeder?  Did they spend time with another family?  Did they have an extended stay at a shelter?   The more we know, the better equipped we will be to begin addressing the issues that concern you.

During our dog training phone consultation we will spend 45 minutes providing you with a customized plan that you can use to begin training your dog.

What’s Not Included in Our Dog Training Phone Consultation
