MEET THE POSH PAWS TEAM
Hi, I’m Christi, the Founder, Lead Dog Trainer and Back-up Pet Sitter and Dog Walker for Posh Paws Pet Care.
I am an animal lover first, and a dog trainer second. I have always had a furry (and sometimes, not-so-furry) friend in my life. I have shared my heart with cats, dogs, horses, hamsters, turtles, frogs, chickens, ducks and even a pig over the years.
Now, I get to enjoy my life long passion for pets by caring for our client’s fur babies as if they were my own.
In 2010, I received my Certification in Dog Training from Animal Behavior College. Since that time, I have been doing private, in-home coaching sessions on obedience skills and behavior modification. I take every opportunity to expand my knowledge and continue my education. My goal is to build a bond between people and dogs that will last a lifetime
When I am not taking care of Posh Paws business or Dog Training, you can find me working as our Back-up Pet Sitter or Dog Walker. I can’t let the Team have all of the fun!
My hobbies include exploring new places with my 2 Dalmatians, playing Golf and Carolina Panthers Football.
Hi! I’m Tammi. I absolutely love pets/animals. I have had all kinds of pets all of my life; dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, turtles. I currently have a cat which I have had for 14 years now. She is my baby, and I treat all pets like they were my own. I used to breed Himalayan and Persian cats. I love to smile and laugh and pets are perfect for making that happen. My hobbies are watching sports, bowling, canoeing, camping, painting, and volunteering at the Summerville Elks Lodge. It’s nice to meet new people, but meeting new pets is even better.
Hi There! I am Christine, administrative support and back-up pet sitter and dog walker. Animals are the best, can we just agree on that right away?!! I have shared my time and space with animals of ALL shapes and sizes for as long as I can remember. We have had a variety of rescue animals in our home from racoons and hermit crabs to rabbits and birds and everything in between! I had the opportunity to observe and learn from so many wonderful critters growing up. Currently I am a proud pet parent of two aweseome water turtles, Blackwell and Nebo, and a sweet/sassy Jenday conure, Loki. I love meeting and learning about all pets under the sun and look forward to serving our community’s furry/feathered members!
Hey guys! My name is Tori and I’m now a member of the Posh Paws Pet Care team! I’ve lived in the Charleston-Summerville area my whole life. I love and am familiar with all kinds of animals! I have had them as part of my family for as long as I can remember. I am a part time pet helper and a full time pediatric dental assistant, and I’m also a part time babysitter when need be. Right now I have 4 fur babies. I have a 3 year old basset hound named Charles and 3 awesome cats; Scary Terry, Toulouse, and Mr. B. I love animals and I cannot wait to help take care of your furry and not so furry family members!
Hi! My name is Taylor, I moved here from Pittsburgh and have lived in Summerville for a few years now. Before moving here I worked at the Pittsburgh Zoo and I was the manager of a doggy daycare. In Pittsburgh I also worked with the Great Dane rescue program by fostering and rehoming pups. I have loved animals my entire life. I have a boxer (Rafiki), a lab (Jezebel), 2 kitties (Charlotte and Azalea) and lots of fish. I know how much we love our pets and know how important it is to find the right person to take care of them while you're away. I'm happy that you have let me be that person and look forward to taking care of your "fur-mily!"
Hey y’all! My name is Jamie, pet sitter and dog walker. I was born and raised in Charleston and moved to Summerville in 2013 when I met my husband. For as long as I can remember, I have always had animals of all kinds; from dogs and cats to fish and hermit crabs to birds and rabbits. I currently have six babies in my home. Three of them have four legs. There’s Ellie, the lazy lab mix, Drogo, the goofy German Shepherd, and Norville, the chubby cat. My husband and I are outnumbered, but I would not have it any other way. Life is always better with a pet. Or, two. Or, three! It is my goal to treat your pets as if they are my own, and I look forward to getting to know them!
