To become a Posh Paws Pet Care Member, we first need to schedule a Meet and Greet. This allows us to meet the pet owner as well as the pets that we will be caring for. In this meeting, we will get to know your pet and learn how you would like us to care for them. Call us or fill out our online form to get started!
No. For Key Management, we use a lock box system. You are welcome to purchase one of our lock boxes for $15 or you may buy one on your own. With a lock box, a key is always available for your Pet Sitter, Dog Walker, Back up Pet Sitter or for Emergencies. Keys are never taken away from your home to get lost, misplaced or copied. You are always in control of your keys.
In certain circumstances, such as Apartment Complexes that may not allow a lock box, we will accept two keys from you at the Meet and Greet. One key is for your caretaker, the other is anonymously stored in our office as a back-up for emergencies. You will be billed $15 for each trip (other than at Meet and Greet) for a caretaker to courier your keys, if you wish for them to be returned to you. If you desire, we can mail the keys back to your home after the service is complete for a fee of $10.
